From photographing vehicles to calling every customer who visited the service department to make sure they were “completely satisfied” she learned the best of each role. Throughout her career she has sold vehicles, led sales teams to success as their manager and created, managed and built successful BDC’s. She has successfully held roles as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, Finance Manager, Finance Director, GSM, GM and a Digital Sales and Marketing Director for a 16 franchise group. Bobbie has served on the VinSolutions Partnership Council, multiple advisory boards, Autotrader’s Annual Dealer Panel, was named a 2014 “40 under 40” by Automotive News, has spoken at multiple conferences on a wide variety of subject matter and has traveled internationally as a Dealer Educator.
