Description: Internet Leads are a main source of business for sales and ROI. All too often we handle leads the same way regardless of the source that is coming in. Many stores are unfamiliar with the specific best practices per source that increase conversion. A BDC or a BMD only works with a strong manager, good people and the right process. In order to avoid a BDC your management has to be as engaged with lead traffic as it is with the showroom floor. The success is dependent upon the existing culture, willingness to progress and top level support and segments based on separation of source and contact type.
